Geminor is committed to delivering quality services to customers and suppliers, while at the same time focusing on innovation and continuous improvement in all parts of our business.
We are certified within the quality standards ISO14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Geminor holds the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certification. The company thus guarantees to follow FSC standards when sourcing and handling forest materials. The certificate allows Geminor to work with FSC-certified producers, thus ensuring all recipients standard-approved wood products with a sustainable origin.
Geminor uses Landax, a web-based quality management system for the systematic control of quality, health, safety and environmental activities in our operations (HSE). The system is built according to the respective ISO standards (HMS). Landax is used to keep track of internal processes, documentation, improvements, deviations (NCR), risk analysis, protocols and more.
SuperOffice is Geminor's CRM system. Information from all customers, off-takers and subcontractors is gathered here in addition to relevant documentation such as contracts, quality specifications, communication, etc.
Gemisoft is a software developed by Geminor containing all relevant project data, hence providing a detailed overview of all our projects. This is a database that contains all contracts, TFS, and logistics operations. Gemisoft tracks all deliveries, creates statistics and reports, and is used for invoicing and cost control.
In other words, this is the heart of the business, and an important tool for providing good service to our customers.
