The initiative is led by David Singh, Contract Manager UK, and Trond T. Kolnes, Commercial Process & Risk Analyst, who together bring 20 years of experience in Geminor.
They will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams across Europe to understand current practices and identify opportunities for alignment. Their mandate includes improving communication flows, raising standards for project execution, and ensuring that the organisation’s procedures continue to support Geminor’s growth trajectory.
“We are visiting each market to understand current practices so we can build a unified process that reduces risk and saves time,” says David Singh. “As Geminor expands, it becomes increasingly important that teams across the group work from the same foundation.”
A key focus of the initiative is improved documentation and standardisation — ensuring that both upstream and downstream activities follow a consistent structure. Through further development of clear templates, guidance, and process descriptions, the project aims to make daily work more efficient for business development managers and operations teams, while driving a unified pan-European “one Geminor” approach that will continue to benefit the market.
Kolnes emphasises the wider organisational value of the work: “Standardisation strengthens decision-making and helps secure the right documentation at every stage of a project. This contributes to reduced operational risk and better quality for our partners.”
The project will continue over the coming months as Geminor prepares for further scaling and cross-market collaboration.
